We are very excited to have REF Panel Chair, Professor Anne Boddington coming to speak to LCC staff about research on January 30th. The talk will be followed by a Q&A and drinks. Anne Boddington is the chair of the REF2021 Sub Panel for Art & DesignHistory, Practice & Theory, as well as Professor of Design Innovation and Pro-Vice Chancellor for Research, Business & Innovation at Kingston University in London. She has offered to present her thoughts on research (especially practice research) and explore questions and ideas in an extended Q&A/discussion. Anne has a particular interest in academic and research leadership, the future of research in the Arts and extensive experience of the REF. Anne is in discussion with LCC’s REF Panel Chair Professor Pratap Rughani. All staff are welcome, but of special interest to those on the research pathway or interested in joining it.
